Return Policy:

JS Custom Saxophone offers a full 7-day trial from the date you receive your new JS Custom mouthpiece. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply send us an email to let us know, and we will arrange for your return. Please return the mouthpiece to us.

Please ensure the mouthpiece is in new condition (no damage). Once we receive your return, we will post a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) to the original payment method within seven days of our receipt of the return. 

Hey! There are no restocking fees, as we understand the unique nature of saxophone mouthpieces. Sometimes things just don’t work out. You may also exchange the mouthpiece for a different tip opening during the 7-day trial period. Buyer pays return shipping. If you decide to return it, you must email us (jscustomsaxophone@gmail.com) prior to returning your mouthpiece and let us know why it didn't work for you. Once your return is approved, please pack the mouthpiece in its original container and return it to us.

Lifetime Warranty on NOVA and AURA Mouthpieces: Life happens! If your Nova or Aura mouthpiece is damaged, we can either repair or replace it at no additional cost. The replaced item will not be covered by the warranty.  It's a one-time offer.
